rEUsilience researcher, Ivana Dobrotić, had the opportunity to share our research with key stakeholders at a conference organised by Roda, the main NGO advocating for parents in Croatia. Ivana joined the opening panel to present the findings of the focus groups exploring resilience with families and also analyses on the inclusiveness and flexibility of work/life balance and care policies. The conference was attended by 350 people coming from policymaking or other key stakeholder groups. We are pleased to see that our research is reaching the people who can use it to further inform their work to support families.
