On the 9th July 2024, rEUsilience researchers Marga León, Ivana Dobrotić, Mary Daly and Anna Kurowska presented at the European Conference on Politics and Gender hosted at Ghent University. Marga León chaired a panel session on “Family Policy, Gender and Intersecting Inequalities” where Mary Daly and herself presented a paper entitled “Navigating family transitions: revealing the role of social policy in family resilience”. Here Anna Kurowska also presented in this session, sharing a paper “Formal rights vs real opportunities: Father’s experiences of (non)take-up of parental leaves in Poland”.
